As you have probably seen on our social media or even on our demo Fiesta Mk8 ST, we have worked closely with Milltek Sport to manufacture and supply modifications that not only make your car look great, but sound amazing too.

Fiesta Mk8 ST

The collaboration first began with the Ford Fiesta MK8 ST in 2020. The idea was to replicate the RS-Style exhaust layout on the ST, alongside a Maxton Design Rear Diffuser that complements and enhances the aggressive look provided.

The first step was to 3D scan the Fiesta to obtain an accurate digital model of the car’s body. This can take a few hours, but it’s the most efficient way of ensuring the product will be a picture-perfect fit and no details are missed.

Once scanned, the files were sent across to the design team. They had the fun task of designing an aesthetic, aggressive, OEM+ diffuser that would appeal to all petrol-heads, which can prove to be quite difficult as everyone has unique tastes!

After the design, shape and size were confirmed, it was time to create a mold for the diffuser. This was the final step before we had a real, tangible diffuser ready to be given the green light to go live on our website.

We understand that some of our projects can seem like lengthy waits, but we want to make sure that the finished products are of top quality and really transform the overall aesthetic of the car. Trust me, it’s worth it.

The Exhaust System

Of course, the exhaust system is an integral part and without it, we would have no diffuser and vice versa. We know Milltek are always on top of their game and they have more than lived up to their expectations when designing this system.

The systems are 2.76 inch (70mm tube) and there are downpipes available to remove the OPF with and without Hi Flow Sports Cats.

The pre sept systems require re-use of the OEM Valve actuator, however the post sept models changed, and we therefore now supply the correct actuator to work with the same system.

There is also an Active Valve Control available for these models to give the user complete control over the valve positions at different drive modes / ranges.

Further Collaborations

Due to the immense success of the Fiesta Mk8 ST Diffuser and Exhaust System combo, we thought it was only right to team up with Milltek again. This time, it was for the Audi RS3 8V Facelift. Following a similar process, we took our demo car down to Milltek Sport’s HQ in Derby, where it was given a new exhaust system.

Again, the car was taken to our manufacturers in Wojnicz, Poland, who 3D scanned the car and designed the rear diffuser to accompany the exhaust tips.

Maxton Carbon: BMW 1-Series F40 M135i

With the big release of Maxton Carbon at the beginning of this year, we decided to go even bigger for the BMW 1-Series F40 M-Pack/M135i. We hit up Milltek once again for a compatible exhaust system, that fitted seamlessly with the existing Street Plus diffuser we offer for this model. With that, the masterpiece that was the Carbon Fiber Fear Diffuser + Milltek Sport Exhaust was born.

Exhaust Tip Options

Aligning with our own values, Milltek like to provide as much styling freedom with their parts as possible. That’s why there is four different Exhaust Tip options available when purchasing a Maxton x Milltek product from our website. The options include Polished, Cerakote Black, Titanium and Burnt Titanium trims.
